Conference Producer – Speaker Acquisition

identify, approach, and secure top-tier speakers

• Lead 

  speaker acquisition strategy

   for global conferences and events in 

  Web3, FinTech, Blockchain, and Banking

  .
• Research and identify high-profile industry leaders, influencers, and decision-makers to serve as speakers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with 

  C-suite executives, government officials, investors, and industry experts

  .
• Collaborate with internal teams to align speaker outreach with event agendas and themes.
• Craft compelling speaker invitations, communication materials, and briefing notes.
• Manage speaker confirmations, logistics, and communication before and after events.
• Stay updated on industry trends to identify 

  emerging voices and thought leaders

  .
• Support agenda development and contribute to program innovation.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in 

  conference production, speaker acquisition, or stakeholder management

  , preferably in 

  Web3, FinTech, Banking, or Financial Services events

  .
• Strong professional network in 

  blockchain, crypto, DeFi, finance, and technology

   sectors is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to secure 

  high-level speakers

   for conferences and forums.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple outreach pipelines simultaneously.
• Comfortable working in a 

  fast-paced, global, and remote-first environment
