Conference Manager

About the Role

MAXPO is looking for an experienced and results-driven Conference Project Manager to

lead and deliver high-impact conferences across India. This role is ideal for a professional

with a strong background in conference management, sponsorship sales, and team

leadership, who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

● Manage end-to-end conference projects from concept, planning, and coordination to

on-ground execution.

● Lead sponsorship sales initiatives and build strong, long-term relationships with

sponsors and partners.

● Drive revenue targets and ensure sponsorship goals are met or exceeded.

● Lead, mentor, and motivate project and sales teams to achieve individual and team

targets.

● Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, speakers, and stakeholders for seamless

event delivery.

● Ensure timely execution and high-quality delivery of large-scale, high-profile

conferences.

● Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure operational excellence.

● Identify opportunities to improve event quality, audience engagement, and sponsor

satisfaction.

Requirements

● 3–5 years of experience in conference or event project management.

● Proven expertise in sponsorship sales, preferably within the Indian

events/conference industry.

● Strong leadership skills with experience managing and motivating teams.

● Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.

● Highly goal-oriented with a strong ownership mindset.

● Passion for delivering exceptional conference and event experiences.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹88,743.10 per month
