Job Description – Conference Manager (Female Candidates ONLY) WFH

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage, and execute conferences and conclaves from concept to completion.
  • Develop conference strategies, budgets, timelines, and ensure successful delivery within set deadlines.
  • Coordinate with sponsors, exhibitors, speakers, and vendors to ensure smooth conference operations.
  • Handle venue selection, stage setup, audio-visual arrangements, travel, and accommodation with respect to the related vendor and internal team
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams for conference/conclave promotions, registrations, and attendee engagement.
  • Negotiate contracts with venues, vendors, and service providers to ensure cost efficiency.
  • Lead on-site management during the conference, supervising teams and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Monitor Conference performance, collect feedback from presenters and delegates, and prepare post-Conference reports with recommendations for improvement.

· Coordinate and collaborate with associations, chambers, advisory committees, and government bodies.

· Represent the company at industry conferences and events to enhance business opportunities.

· Network to expand corporate connections and drive revenue growth.

· Identify and engage with key contacts.

Key Skills Required

  • Proven experience in managing conferences, exhibitions, and large-scale events.
  • Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Financial acumen and experience in budget handling.
  • Familiarity with event management tools, registration systems, and digital platforms.

Qualifications

  • Any degree
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in conference and exhibition management.
