Job Description

We are looking for a driven and customer-focused male sales executive to join our solar rooftop projects team. The role involves identifying potential clients, promoting solar solutions, and managing end-to-end sales. Contact-8122895704

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential customers for solar rooftop installations through field visits, cold calls, and networking.
  • Conduct site visits to assess customer requirements and propose tailored solar solutions.
  • Educate customers on the benefits of solar energy, including cost savings, environmental impact, and government incentives.
  • Prepare and present detailed proposals, quotations, and financial plans to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
  • Collect payments from clients as per agreed terms.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, leads, and payment collections in CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with the technical and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, government policies, and advancements in solar technology.
  • Interact and follow up with TNEB for approvals.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and community events to promote solar solutions.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in solar or related industries.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Basic understanding of payment processes and financial record-keeping.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office applications.
  • Willingness to travel locally for client meetings, site visits, and payment collection.
  • A bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license and with a personal bike (preferred).

Additional Information:

  • Work Hours: 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM.
  • Location: Egmore, Chennai.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
