Role Overview: As a Conference Manager at our company in Okhla phase - II, New Delhi, you will play a crucial role in researching, developing, and executing high-quality B2B conferences and summits. Your responsibilities will include curating compelling content, securing high-profile speakers, and ensuring seamless event execution. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct in-depth market research to identify industry trends, challenges, and opportunities. - Develop conference agendas, topics, and themes based on industry insights and expert inputs. - Identify and invite key speakers, panelists, and thought leaders to participate in the event. - Build and maintain relationships with industry experts, C-suite executives, and thought leaders. - Secure high-profile speakers and coordinate their participation. - Manage speaker briefings, presentations, and logistics. - Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure smooth event execution. - Develop timelines, project plans, and event schedules. - Ensure content aligns with the target audiences' needs and expectations. - Work closely with sponsorship sales teams to identify commercial opportunities. - Assist in crafting sponsorship-driven session formats and engagement activities. - Support delegate acquisition strategies through content-driven marketing. - Gather feedback from attendees, speakers, and stakeholders to assess event success. - Provide reports on event performance, speaker engagement, and attendee participation. - Suggest improvements for future events based on data-driven insights. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Journalism, or related fields. - 2-5 years of experience in conference production, content research, or B2B event management. - Strong research and analytical skills with an ability to translate insights into event content. - Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. - Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. - Knowledge of industry trends and familiarity with the event and media landscape.
