Conference Manager – Sponsorship Sales (Mandatory)

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Conference Manager who can manage end-to-end conference execution and has proven, hands-on experience in sponsorship sales.

This is a delivery + revenue role. Sponsorship sales experience is mandatory, not optional.

Key Responsibilities

Conference & Event Management

Plan and manage conferences from concept to execution

Own timelines, budgets, vendors, speakers, agenda, and logistics

Coordinate venue, AV, registrations, stage management, and on-ground execution

Ensure smooth event delivery and post-event reporting

Sponsorship Sales (MANDATORY)

Create and refine sponsorship packages (Gold / Silver / Partner etc.)

Identify and outreach to potential sponsors

Pitch sponsorship opportunities and negotiate deals

Close sponsorships and meet revenue targets

Manage sponsor relationships and ensure all sponsor deliverables are fulfilled

Coordinate sponsor branding, booths, speaking slots, and visibility

Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

3+ years of experience managing conferences or large events

Proven sponsorship sales experience (must have closed deals)

Strong pitching, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Experience working with brands, partners, or corporate sponsors

Ability to handle both operations and sales independently

Willingness to work with targets and timelines

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
