Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  1. Liaison with Government Authorities:

    Act as the primary point of contact between HNI clients and government departments to facilitate approvals, documentation, and compliance-related processes efficiently.
  2. Documentation & Compliance Management:

    Ensure all client submissions meet regulatory and legal requirements, maintain accurate records, and follow up on pending approvals or clearances.
  3. Client Relationship Management:

    Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with HNI clients, addressing their unique requirements while ensuring confidentiality and personalized service.
  4. Issue Resolution & Escalation:

    Proactively identify and resolve any bottlenecks in government processes, escalating issues when necessary to ensure timely execution for clients.
  5. Strategic Advisory & Updates:

    Provide clients with updates on government policies, schemes, or benefits relevant to them, and advise on processes that optimize their compliance and approvals.
