Job Description

Customer Relationship Executive Voice Process (Sales or Retention Experience Preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
Maintain and update customer records accurately in the system.
Work towards achieving assigned targets and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Experience in
voice process/customer support
is mandatory.
Good communication skills in
English and Tamil
with a pleasant, customer-friendly attitude.
Prior experience in
sales or retention
will be an added advantage.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Immediate joiners
are highly preferred.

Work Details:

Location:
T. Nagar, Chennai
Salary:
Up to 22,000 (take-home after deductions) + Incentives
Week Offs:
2 rotational offs on weekdays (Monday to Friday)
