1) Intern / Career Break / Fresher Business Support_Sales

Openings:

• Female candidates: Must be fluent in

  Hindi or Tamil and English

• Male candidates: Must be fluent in

  English & Tamil

• Age limit: Up to 25 years
• Eligibility: Freshers / career break candidates welcome

Compensation:

• First 6 months: 12,000 per month
• Post 6 months: 20,000 25,000 per month (based on performance)

Work Timings:

• 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM
• Sunday is a working day
• Weekly off: Tuesday / Thursday

Requirements:

• Own laptop is mandatory
• SIM card will be provided by the company

2) Business Development Executive (BDE)

Openings:

Compensation:

• CTC: 3 LPA 6 LPA + performance-based incentives
• Hike: 10% after completion of first 6 months (exception basis)

Role Responsibilities:

• Lead generation and client acquisition
• Relationship management with clients
• Meeting sales targets and revenue goals
• Market research and business strategy support

3) Business Development Manager (BDM)

Openings:

Engagement Model:

• First 6 months: Consultant role
• Post 6 months: Full-time subject to performance

Compensation:

• Initial CTC: 9 LPA
• Post confirmation: 10% increment

Role Responsibilities:

• Team handling and sales strategy
• Revenue growth and market expansion
• Client engagement and deal closures
• Business planning and forecasting
