Position Details: Position Reports To: Area Sales Manager (Business Loans) Department: Sales Location: Multiple Locations Position Summary: The Sales Manager Unsecured Business Loans will be responsible for driving loan acquisition and achieving disbursement targets. The role involves strategizing, sourcing, and managing client acquisition while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines. The candidate should have strong knowledge of SME/MSME lending, proven sales experience, and excellent client relationship skills. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business loan disbursement targets. Source and acquire clients directly and through channels such as DSAs, connectors, and digital leads. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals. Collaborate with credit, operations, and risk teams for seamless loan processing and disbursements. Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to identify growth opportunities. Ensure adherence to credit policies and regulatory guidelines. Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management. Required Qualifications & Skills: Graduate degree required; MBA preferred. Minimum 3 years of experience in sales of unsecured business loans / SME lending. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Strong knowledge of SME/MSME lending landscape and local markets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong leadership qualities with the ability to manage targets independently. Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
