• Generate leads, meet clients, and present automation & conveyor solutions • Understand customer needs and prepare proposals, quotations, and costings • Drive negotiations, order closures, and meet monthly/quarterly sales targets • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline and expand into new markets/segments • Maintain strong relationships with OEMs, integrators, and key accounts • Provide solution-based selling through technical presentations and demos • Coordinate with Design, Production, Service & Marketing for smooth project execution • Participate in exhibitions and follow up on leads • Maintain sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence Preferred candidate profile
