Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business loan disbursement targets.
  
• Source and acquire clients directly and through channels such as DSAs, connectors, and digital leads.
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
  
• Collaborate with credit, operations, and risk teams for seamless loan processing and disbursements.
  
• Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to identify growth opportunities.
  
• Ensure adherence to credit policies and regulatory guidelines.
  
• Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
  

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate degree required; MBA preferred.
  
• Minimum

  3 years of experience

  in sales of unsecured business loans / SME lending.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  
• Strong knowledge of SME/MSME lending landscape and local markets.
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to manage targets independently.
  
• Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
