As a Sales Manager - Business Loan/BIL at the Bangalore location, you will play a crucial role in increasing the acquisition of target clientele within the business installment loan segments. Your primary focus will involve expanding new business acquisition through the open market and establishing a robust network of direct sales agencies within the market. - Develop a strong understanding of the product and policy to effectively communicate and negotiate with clients. - Build and maintain relationships with at least 10 direct sales agencies, regularly engaging in discussions and ensuring proficient DSA management and new DSA empanelment. You are expected to possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, stay updated on market trends and competition, and demonstrate expertise in managing DSAs effectively.
