About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Compliance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with federal, state, and local housing regulations while supporting property management operations. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with HUD, RHS, Tax Credit, and other housing program regulations.
• Prepare, review, and submit required compliance documents including HUD 2530 & 9832 forms, regulatory agreements, RRIO renewals, HAP contracts, and SAMs registrations.
• Conduct utility allowance analyses and perform rent calculations in accordance with regulations.
• Monitor and maintain accurate compliance records and reports.
• Assist with audits, inspections, and renewals.
• Stay updated with industry regulations, funding requirements, and compliance standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with Yardi or similar property management software.
• Knowledge of HUD, RHS, and Tax Credit compliance processes (on-going training/education in these areas preferred).
• Familiarity with SAMs registration, RRIO renewals, HUD 2530 & 9832 forms, regulatory agreements, HTF funding, and HAP contracts.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Prior Community Manager or Compliance Specialist experience preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: ₹33,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
