 Amazon Web Services (AWS) India is rapidly expanding its presence in Ficial Services  AWS offers global public cloud offerings with a diversity of GRC/Compliance programs and attestations to enable our customer base  AWS India Pvt  Ltd is looking for independent, passionate, and deeply experienced professionals from the Ficial Services industry to provide thought leadership in assisting ficial institutions to move regulated workloads and data into the cloud by addressing their specific security, regulatory, compliance and goverce requirements, This key position values specialized experience of supporting ficial services sector compliance efforts and will this role will have high visibility at the most senior levels of government agencies, institutions, and AWS, including frequent interaction with CISOs, CTOs, CCOs, CROs, and their teams,   The position, as part of the AWS India Ficial Services team, will act as the primary Goverce/Compliance interface for Ficial Services institutions, The candidate will already have, and continue to foster, key relationships, and be able to interpret the impacts of policy changes, and track and report on industry trends, It would be helpful to have experience of reviewing and understanding guidelines & regulations that impact ficial services institutions using cloud service providers  This may include areas such as third party outsourcing, operational resilience, data privacy and cyber security, Candidate would have the ability to take the initiative and able to influence at a senior level across their organizations by providing guidance to vendor management, security, technology and risk controls teams, The candidate may have experience of engagement in cross industry forums and groups, Candidate would have experience of motivating others and generating results and is sensitive to the diverse perspectives of stakeholders across the IT, security, risk and controls teams in a ficial company, It helpful if the candidate has experience of engagement with regulators directly or in a cross industry forum, A day in the life  Requirements  Ensures readiness to adhere to regulatory requirements and various industry standards  Research and preparation for the days customers meetings and calls  Collaborate with account teams and other cross-functional teams to:  Manage Customer meeting(s) and customer cadence calls  Support evolving regulations and Industry standards  Manage internal communications on new requirements and driving compliance  Research and stay updated on relevant laws and better-rounded professional, Basic Qualifications  Bachelor's degree  Experience presenting to both technical and non-technical executive audiences  10+ years of experience in Ficial Services compliance, legal, or goverce  5+ years of personal, hands-on experience in developing compliance/regulatory documentation  Experience in working directly with senior corporate/government officials and/or auditors  Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must  Must have a demonstrated ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations  Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint  Indian FSI business Knowledge/ understanding  Business level English language skills  Preferred Qualifications  Experience influencing internal and external stakeholders  Familiarity with technical assessments and audit methodologies for technical systems (network, operating systems, application security) as well as IT auditing processes  Familiarity with cloud computing services/deployment architecture  Demonstration of innovative compliance approaches in non-traditional IT environments (cloud)  Experience and proficiency in public speaking  Understanding of the Regulations issued by RBI, IRDAI, and SEBI, together with relevant guidelines and how they relate to the use of cloud services  Experience in building successful compliance programs  Experience defining compliance roadmaps based on customer requirements, compliance documentation, and ensuring that committed assessments are delivered on schedule  Experience of onboarding compliance ficial
