Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for a Compliance Manager located in Mumbai. The Compliance Manager will oversee the adherence to legal standards and in-house policies. Responsibilities include developing and implementing company policies, evaluating the efficiency of controls, advising management on compliance matters, conducting audits, and ensuring that the clients comply with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge in regulatory and legal compliance factors specifically Corporate law
• Experience in RoC compliance and form filing
• Proficiency in auditing practices and procedures
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, law or a related field
• Professional certification such as a Company Secretary or semi qualified company secretary is a plus
