Compliance Head

As a Compliance Head at a Global Pharmaceutical company in Pune, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Working knowledge of UCPMP is Mandatory. - Strong understanding of Pharma Compliance. - Serving as the main contact for all Compliance-related queries, concerns, and issues. - Providing support and advice to the local management and employees in the Legal Entity. - Ensuring effective implementation and continuous improvement of the Company's Compliance Management System (CMS) in your area of responsibility. - Promoting a culture of integrity and encouraging a speak-up culture through training and communication campaigns. - Responsible for policy management and effective implementation of relevant Global Policies and Standard Operating Procedures (gSOP). - Acting as the contact point for gSOP Case Management (whistleblowing and investigations). - Supporting due diligence processes in Mergers & Acquisitions transactions. In terms of expertise, you should have: - Good understanding in areas such as corruption, fraud, antitrust, data protection, anti-money laundering, and trade compliance. - Knowledge of relevant local legislations and jurisdictions. - 2-5 years of operational experience in compliance, legal, or administrative functions in a similar industry environment or consultancy. - Ability to interact convincingly with local management. - High level of integrity, conscientiousness, accuracy, confidentiality, and discretion. - Experience working with individuals of all hierarchies and diverse cultural backgrounds. - Fluency in English and Hindi, with additional understanding of regional languages being advantageous.,
