Job Summary

end-to-end statutory compliance

Key Responsibilities

• Manage

  end-to-end statutory compliance

  across all company and client locations.
• Handle

  monthly and annual return filings

  accurately and within deadlines.
• Prepare, upload, and verify

  files, challans, and returns

  on statutory portals (PF, ESIC, LWF, PT, etc.).
• Maintain updated records of

  UAN, ESIC, PF, LWF, and compliance registers

  .
• Coordinate and support

  internal and external audits

  on time.
• Stay updated with

  latest labor laws, amendments, and government notifications

  .
• Work on

  Simpliance and other compliance tools

  for monitoring and reporting.
• Collaborate with

  HR and Accounts teams

  for data collection and documentation.
• Ensure

  100% compliance adherence

  at all sites and client locations.

Qualification & Experience

• Graduate in

  Commerce / HR / Law

  or related field.
• Minimum

  5+ years of experience

  in statutory compliance management.
• Strong knowledge of

  PF, ESIC, LWF, UAN, PT, challans, and compliance audits

  .
• Hands-on experience in

  Simpliance or similar compliance software

  .
• Excellent skills in

  record keeping, documentation, and data accuracy

  .
• Good

  communication, coordination, and analytical abilities

  .
