Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Compliance Executive responsible for ensuring that all internal policies, SOPs, and statutory compliances are being consistently followed across departments and locations. The role involves regular compliance checks across HR, Admin, Accounts, and Operations, coordination with regional teams, and reporting deviations to management. Extensive Pan-India travel is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to internal policies, SOPs, and organizational compliance frameworks across all departments
• Monitor compliance of HR processes including onboarding, attendance, payroll, exits, PF, ESIC, and labor law adherence
• Review Admin compliance including vendor documentation, asset registers, office expenses, and approvals
• Ensure Accounts & Finance compliance related to vouchers, bills, reimbursements, and financial controls
• Conduct compliance checks at regional and branch offices across India
• Identify non-compliance, gaps, and deviations from approved processes
• Prepare compliance reports highlighting observations, risks, and corrective action points
• Follow up with departments and regional offices for closure of compliance gaps
• Coordinate with Head Office and regional stakeholders to implement corrective actions
• Support management in strengthening governance and internal control mechanisms

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in compliance, governance, internal controls, or similar roles
• Hands-on experience in monitoring compliance across HR, Admin, and Accounts
• Exposure to multi-location or branch-level compliance checks
• Strong understanding of internal controls, SOPs, and statutory compliance requirements
• Willingness to travel Pan India frequently
• Good communication, coordination, and report-writing skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in NGOs, Trusts, Foundations, or multi-branch organizations
• Prior exposure to field compliance checks and regional office visits
• Independent, ethical, detail-oriented, and process-driven mindset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
