You are hiring for the position of Compensation and Benefits Specialist based in Hyderabad, India. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing a comprehensive compensation strategy aligned with the organization's objectives, conducting market research to ensure competitive compensation packages, overseeing the annual salary review process, managing employee benefits programs, communicating benefit programs to employees, and staying updated on local regulations related to compensation and benefits. You should possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or a related field, along with 2-3 years of progressive experience in compensation and benefits. Proficiency in HRIS systems, Microsoft Excel, and data analytics tools is preferred. Strong analytical skills, understanding of total rewards management, and knowledge of relevant laws and regulations are essential. As a Compensation and Benefits Specialist, you will collaborate with Talent Acquisition teams, manage rewards and recognitions culture, conduct employee satisfaction research, and provide guidance on benefits programs to employees. Effective communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are key for this role.
