Job Description

Lead Operational performance on the ground while maintaining connection and engagement with cross functional teams.
Be responsible for the creation of long-term strategies for achieving goals and delivering exceptional Stakeholder support
Perform analysis on historical performance in areas such as efficiency, CSAT and Quality to ensure emerging trends are captured
Standardize operations across multiple regional teams
Collaborate with Program Managers to prioritize sprints based on impact
Engage strategically with stakeholders to improve internal processes and the overall user experience

The Experience You ll Bring

Basic Qualifications ----

Graduation Is a must
Excellent Verbal & Written Communication
At least 5 years of experience in People management
Proficiency in Data Analysis and Problem Solving
Experience of managing Stakeholders
