About the Role

We are seeking a high-energy, entrepreneurial professional to lead and scale our global community ecosystem. We are looking for a "force of nature"—someone who may not necessarily have precise EdTech experience but has the raw enthusiasm and grit to build something from the ground up. You will be responsible for the "zero-to-one" creation of engagement rituals and the "one-to-100" scaling of our platform.

The charter for this role will include:

• Defining and executing the strategic vision

  for the community, focusing on 10x engagement growth through innovative, data-driven strategies.

• Acting as the primary face of the brand

  by organizing high-energy events, AMAs, and challenges to boost interaction.

• Overseeing community moderation

  to ensure a positive, spam-free, and high-trust environment for all members.

• Building and mentoring a team

  of ambassadors and support staff to address student concerns and provide personalized guidance.

• Monitoring and improving key performance metrics

  using analytics tools to track user behavior and community health.

• Collaborating with Product and Marketing

  to translate community insights into technical requirements and high-quality content.
• Should have hands-on experience with Analytics tools

  LIKE

  GA, WebEngage, MS Clarity, Metabase, and Basic data exploration and analysis skill is expected

Ideal Persona

• Entrepreneurial DNA:

  A proven track record in both 0-1 and 1-100 growth stages; ideally an ex-founder or a senior operator who has independently run a business or a high-growth vertical.

• High Energy & Enthusiasm:

  A dynamic personality with exceptional verbal and written communication skills to command a room and motivate a crowd.

• Execution Excellence:

  Strong strategic thinking with a proven ability to execute plans effectively and a strong grasp of technology.

• No Freshers:

  We are looking for an experienced professional with 3+ years of experience; while precise community management experience is not mandatory, a track record of high-stakes ownership is essential.

• Adaptability:

  The ability to quickly understand the study abroad process and the challenges faced by international students.
