You'll collaborate closely with the founder and a small, focused engineering team to build the next big innovation in workplace wellness. Our founding team brings a wealth of experience from prestigious institutions like IIT Madras and NTU, with over 22 years of collective experience building and scaling fast-paced startups. Ishaan has successfully launched two venture-funded startups in Singapore, while Mehul has contributed to global giants like Amazon, Delivery Hero, and Flipkart across Europe and India.

Core Responsibilities

Own and grow our English-language online presence so that online wellness seekers discover, trust, and engage with our brand.

1. Content QA & Publishing:

   Proofread and Publish AI-drafted articles for accuracy, voice, SEO, claims compliance (wellness regulations in US/EU).

2. Social & Community Management:

   Run day-to-day on LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and relevant wellness forums online. Moderate comments, escalate issues, neutralize misinformation fast.

3. AI image generation and editing:

   use AI tools to create and edit images to accompany content

4. Audience Development & Insights:

   Track analytics. Present data-driven recommendations on content topics, posting times, campaign tweaks.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

• 3+ yrs in content editing / community or social management for a B2C wellness, health-tech, or lifestyle brand.
• Native-level written English.
• Solid grasp of SEO, on-page optimization, and social algorithms.
• Hands-on with Photoshop, Canva, Figma and basic image editing tools. 
• Comfortable pulling reports with GA, Meta/LinkedIn Insights.
• Familiarity with AI tools
  and prompt engineering basics.

Nice-to-Haves

• Video and sound editing skills. 
• Familiarity with HTML & Javascript.
• Formal training in journalism, English, or communications.
