Role Overview
We are looking for a physically fit, confident, and camera-friendly Community Manager who will be the face of Coreo. This role involves engaging with members, creating community-driven content, supporting marketing activities, and ensuring that every member feels connected, motivated, and proud to be part of Coreo.
This is a high-energy, people-first role that combines member engagement, content creation, events, and brand-building.

Key Responsibilities
1. Member Experience & Community Building
• Welcome members and ensure they feel supported from day one.
• Build strong relationships with members, trainers, and staff.
• Drive community bonding through challenges, events, and group interactions.
• Collect feedback and help improve member satisfaction and retention.
2. Social Media & Content Support
• Appear in photo/video content showcasing workouts, facilities, behind-the-scenes, and member stories.
• Coordinate with marketing & design team for daily content shoots.
• Create stories/reels featuring daily progress of the gym, events, and member transformations.
• Encourage members to participate in UGC (user-generated content).
3. Event & Challenge Coordination
• Plan and execute community activities:
• Fitness challenges
• Recovery sessions
• Workshops
• Social meet-ups
• Work with trainers to highlight classes and special programs.
4. Brand Representation
• Maintain a high level of personal fitness and presentability as a representative of Coreo.
• Ensure that all member interactions reflect Coreo’s brand tone — energetic, premium, and community-driven.

• Physically fit and enthusiastic about fitness.
• Highly presentable, confident, and comfortable on camera.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Outgoing personality with natural ability to connect with people.
• Basic understanding of fitness, workouts, and gym environment.
• Ability to manage events and coordinate between teams.
• Social media savvy (Instagram especially).
• Positive, energetic vibe — someone who uplifts the space.
