Company Description Sahyog Business and Networking Club (Sahyog BNC) is dedicated to supporting and empowering Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in India. By leveraging the collective knowledge of our vibrant community, we strive to promote long-term success and development for MSMEs. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Community Manager, based in Delhi, India. The Community Manager will be responsible for engaging and building relationships with community members, planning and coordinating networking events, facilitating resource-sharing initiatives, and ensuring active participation within the community. They will also develop strategies to foster collaboration among members, manage communication channels, and actively work towards promoting the growth and success of the MSME community. Qualifications Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills to effectively engage with community members and stakeholders. Event planning and coordination expertise, with experience curating and executing successful networking events. Knowledge of strategic planning, collaboration, and fostering community growth and development. Proficiency in social media management and digital communication tools to effectively manage channels and promote community initiatives. Passion for supporting the growth and development of MSMEs, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Prior experience in community management, event coordination, or a related field is an advantage. Proficiency in English and Hindi is preferred. Familiarity with regional languages is a plus.
