Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic, creative, and people-centric Community Manager to build, grow, and manage our brand’s presence both online and offline. You will be the voice of the restaurant & bar, engaging with customers, promoting events, and ensuring our community feels heard, valued, and connected.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media & Content Management

  • Develop and manage content calendars for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, etc.
  • Post engaging content including photos, reels, event coverage, and behind-the-scenes.
  • Collaborate with photographers, designers, and influencers to amplify brand reach.

2. Customer Engagement & Community Building

  • Engage with followers, respond to messages and comments.
  • Encourage user-generated content, run contests and loyalty engagement.
  • Build relationships with loyal patrons and local influencers.

3. Review & Reputation Management

  • Monitor and respond to reviews on Google, Zomato, TripAdvisor, etc.
  • Resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Regularly share feedback reports with the operations team.

4. Event & Campaign Promotion

  • Promote upcoming events, offers, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Coordinate live event coverage via social media.
  • Support in planning and hosting influencer meetups or PR events.

5. Analytics & Reporting

  • Track engagement, reach, and performance metrics.
  • Prepare monthly reports on social media growth and sentiment analysis.
  • Suggest improvements based on insights.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in social media, community management, or guest relations.
  • Strong understanding of social media trends and platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills—written and verbal.
  • A creative mindset and a passion for hospitality.
  • Familiarity with social tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.
  • Ability to work evenings/weekends during events, if required.

Preferred Qualities:

  • Experience in hospitality or F&B industry.
  • Photography/videography or content creation skills.
  • Influencer outreach experience.
