About the Function:

With a deep understanding of Indian consumers' travel preferences, the Holidays team offers a vast range of holiday packages for destinations worldwide. This business caters to various traveler segments across the globe. While dynamic or customized travel and tour packages allow consumers to create and design their own holidays, fixed departure holiday packages come with pre-designed itineraries.


About the Role:

As a Community Manager you will be responsible to build and nurture vibrant WhatsApp communities for our group tour customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging travellers before, during, and after their trips — creating memorable experiences, driving brand loyalty, and transforming guests into passionate brand advocates.


What will you be doing:


  • Engage travelers on WhatsApp before, during, and after group tours.
  • Share trip updates, packing lists, trivia, and local insights pre-trip.
  • Coordinate real-time updates with Tour Managers and share highlights.
  • Moderate conversations, manage trip hashtags, and encourage user content.
  • Build post-trip alumni communities and host interactive contests or sessions.
  • Identify highly engaged members and nurture them as brand ambassadors.
  • Share community insights and feedback with the marketing and operations teams.

  • Familiarity with WhatsApp, social media, and online community management tools.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Graduation from a reputed institute.
  • Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience.
  • Fluency in English and local language, where applicable.
  • Customer-centric approach.
  • Computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office.
