We’re looking for a Community Manager who has great instincts, good taste, and a natural feel for human communication. You will engage on behalf of our clients’ Instagram and LinkedIn accounts. Your job is to leave thoughtful, human, persona-aligned comments that help grow their visibility and build real relationships. What you’ll do Daily engagement on Instagram and LinkedIn for several client accounts Write comments that sound natural, warm, and personal Match the voice, personality, and industry of each account Spot opportunities for meaningful interactions Track engagement quality and share simple weekly summaries Occasionally brainstorm conversation starters or engagement angles What you need Excellent written English Sharp intuition for tone, taste, and online behaviour Ability to comment like a human being, not an AI model Understanding of LinkedIn and Instagram culture Reliability, consistency, and attention to detail Ability to follow brand personas and switch styles easily Strong sense of aesthetics and emotional intelligence Nice to have Experience in social media, community building, brand voice, or copywriting Curiosity about communication, psychology, or branding Previous work with creative or digital agencies About the role Fully remote Part-time (flexible hours, but consistent daily engagement is required) Competitive hourly rate Long-term collaboration preferred Training provided on each client’s tone of voice and persona Who this role fits Someone who genuinely enjoys people, conversations, and thoughtful communication.
