We are looking for a Senior Backend Developer with minimum 4 years of hands-on experience to lead the development of scalable backend systems and APIs. The ideal candidate is proficient in backend frameworks, database architecture, and cloud infrastructure. You will work closely with our product, frontend, and mobile teams to deliver high-performance, secure, and scalable systems.
• Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services
• Architect scalable systems and ensure high availability and performance
• Integrate with third-party APIs and manage secure data exchanges
• Optimize database queries and structure for performance and reliability
• Collaborate with frontend and mobile developers for seamless user experiences
• Ensure best practices in coding, architecture, and security
• Lead and mentor junior developers, perform code reviews
• Write unit and integration tests for robust code coverage
• Minimum 4 years of backend development experience
• Strong proficiency in Node.js
• Experience with relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB/Redis)
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design, authentication, and security standards
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and microservice architecture
• Experience with GraphQL
• Knowledge of DevOps practices
• Experience in fitness, health tech, or consumer tech products
