FindMyHostel is a dynamic hostel aggregation platform designed to simplify the search for affordable and high-quality living spaces. With access to over 100,000 verified bed spaces, it connects tenants to tailored coliving solutions. FindMyHostel also provides Roomindo, a digital tool for property owners that reduces operational costs by 30% and integrates services like mess, laundry, and transportation. Currently active in 7 cities and serving 20,000 tenants monthly, the platform is transforming urban living with convenience and sustainability at its core.


Role Description

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute community engagement programs aligned with company goals.
  • Design and implement event calendars for each city aligned with business and community objectives.
  • Organise hostel owner association events, student awareness events, and campus outreach programs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with hostel owners, institutions, and local associations.
  • Identify and implement strategic partnerships that strengthen brand presence.
  • Manage end-to-end event operations, including planning, logistics, execution, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to promote events and ensure brand consistency
  • Execute events across different locations in an engaging and impactful manner.
  • Prepare event reports, participation data, and impact assessments.
  • Act as the creative voice of the brand, bringing fresh ideas and enthusiasm to every event and community initiative.
  • Required to travel frequently to multiple locations based on business needs.


Qualifications

  • Community engagement and relationship management skills
  • Event planning and coordination experience
  • Highly creative, people-oriented, and self-driven.
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Proven ability to plan and execute programs across multiple locations
  • Prior experience in volunteering and event management will be an added advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, event management, communications or business administration
