We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative Community Manager to engage and manage our student communities across India.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage WhatsApp community groups for trained students.
• Engage students daily with posts, updates, events, and announcements.
• Share creative posters and learning resources to keep the group active.
• Build strong relationships to encourage loyalty and word-of-mouth reach.
• Maintain high group engagement and participation.
• Collect student feedback and share insights with the internal team.
• Coordinate with marketing and training teams for content and communication.

Requirements:

• Any UG degree or MBA (freshers welcome).
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Must be creative and able to design or share engaging content.
• Should be active, enthusiastic, and good at building rapport.

Good to Have :

• Experience in managing online communities (even college clubs, volunteer groups, or social media communities).
• Basic knowledge of Canva or poster creation tools.
• Interest in student engagement, training, or education domain.
