We’re Hiring – Sales Manager Kochi | Trivandrum | Calicut | Thrissur Experience: 2+ years in Sales (Real Estate, SaaS, or Co-living preferred) Role Overview: We’re looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to drive growth for our SaaS platforms — Find My Hostel and Roomindo . If you're passionate about real estate tech, closing deals, and building strong client relationships, this is for you! Key Responsibilities: Develop & execute sales strategies to drive adoption Identify & onboard hostels, property owners, institutes, and corporates Manage end-to-end sales cycle: lead gen → closing → post-sale Hire & lead field executives Build B2B partnerships with educational institutions and corporates Conduct market research & site visits Collaborate across teams for smooth operations & customer onboarding Represent the brand at industry events and forums Requirements: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business, Hospitality, or related Strong leadership & communication skills CRM, MS Office & sales reporting proficiency Track record of meeting/exceeding targets Willingness to travel Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Performance bonus Work Location: On the road
