Key Responsibilities

Community Building & Engagement

• Develop and execute community growth strategies across platforms (X/Twitter, Telegram, Discord, Reddit, LinkedIn,CMC, Binance etc.).
• Build authentic relationships with followers, thought leaders, and key opinion leaders (KOLs) in the crypto ecosystem.
• Organize and moderate AMAs, Twitter Spaces, webinars, and community events.
• Create programs that reward engagement, such as ambassador initiatives or referral campaigns.

Content & Communication

• Collaborate with editorial and marketing teams to amplify CoinGape content and news coverage through community channels.
• Generate real-time discussions around trending crypto topics, ensuring CoinGape stays top-of-mind for the Web3 audience.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and ensure timely communication with the community.

Growth & Analytics

• Monitor community sentiment, engagement metrics, and growth KPIs.
• Identify emerging platforms and strategies to expand CoinGape’s community reach.
• Analyze data to optimize campaigns and report actionable insights to leadership.

Partnerships & Collaboration

• Partner with crypto projects, exchanges, influencers, and ecosystem players for community co-marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal marketing, editorial, and product teams to align community goals with overall brand objectives.

Requirement

Must-Have

• 2–4 years of experience in community management, growth marketing, or communications — preferably within the crypto, fintech, or tech sectors.
• Deep understanding of the crypto and Web3 landscape, including major narratives, influencers, and market trends.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills (English proficiency required).
• Experience managing social and community tools (Discord, Telegram, X, Notion, etc.).
• Data-driven mindset with ability to track and analyze engagement metrics.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience organizing online/offline crypto events or campaigns.
• Basic knowledge of content creation (memes, short posts, community polls).
• Network in the crypto influencer or media ecosystem.
