Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in New Delhi, with opportunities for remote work. As a Community Growth Manager, you will lead initiatives to build and strengthen partnerships, engage with community stakeholders, and contribute to the expansion of Luma’s network. Key responsibilities include developing and executing growth strategies, managing sales pipelines, fostering relationships with collaborators, and driving community outreach programs. Additionally, you will analyze growth data and collaborate with internal teams to improve engagement and align with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and familiarity with data-driven decision-making
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to foster partnerships and build community relationships
• Experience in Sales and managing partnerships or client relationships
• Proficiency in Project Management and organizational skills to handle multiple initiatives
• Basic knowledge of Analytics tools to track and measure growth-related metrics
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid professional environment
• Experience in sustainability, food systems, or climate innovation domains is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Studies, or related fields; advanced degrees are a plus
  

Remuneration with be INR 25000 - INR 40000 based on the skills.
Work will be hybrid, with weekly meetups in New Delhi.
