Community Growth Manager

We are seeking a creative and data-driven Community Growth Marketer to build and nurture our community of spiritual seekers. You will be responsible for developing and executing innovative strategies to drive user acquisition, build brand awareness, and foster a vibrant, engaged ecosystem around Devlok.

• Develop and execute multi-channel growth strategies across social media, content marketing, SEO, and strategic partnerships.
• Engage directly with our community across all platforms, acting as the voice of Devlok and fostering a sense of belonging.
• Analyze campaign performance and user data to derive insights and optimize our growth strategies.
• Identify and build relationships with key influencers and partners in the wellness and spirituality space.

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven focus on community building or user acquisition for a B2C brand.
• Demonstrable success in growing an online community through organic and paid channels.
• Strong understanding of social media marketing, SEO, content strategy, and analytics.
• Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for connecting with people.
• Experience in the wellness, mindfulness, or spiritual app market is highly desirable.
