What Youll Do

• Identify apartment societies and residential communities
• Connect with RWAs, facility managers, and residents.
• Help onboard and support Community Champions
• Assist in running society-level activities (banners, notices, WhatsApp groups)
• Support referral and awareness campaigns within communities
• Collect feedback from residents and share insights with the team
• Help track basic community metrics (engagement, participation)

What You Will NOT Do

• Telesales or cold calling
• Call-center style work

Who This Internship Is For

• Looking to onboard only female candidates currently

• College students / freshers
• Friendly, confident, and comfortable speaking with people
• Interested in community building, field work, and startups
• Willing to visit societies and work on-ground when required
• Basic comfort with WhatsApp and Google Sheets

Work Details

• Work from office + on-ground society visits
• 6 days a week
• Location: Gurugram
