Weβre looking for a Customer Success Intern who can help us strengthen our relationship with customers, gather insightful feedback, and identify brand ambassadors. If you enjoy speaking to people, understanding their experiences, and building strong customer communities, this role is for you! Responsibilities: β Identify loyal and happy customers from our database. β Call and speak to these customers to understand their experience and pitch video testimonials. β From this cohort, identify potential customer ambassadors who can engage with the brand long-term. β Gather consumer insights while interacting with customers to help improve our products and experiences. β Maintain structured records of conversations, feedback, and customer responses. Who You Are: β A great communicator who loves interacting with people. β Someone with a customer-first mindset who can build trust and relationships. β Comfortable handling calls and conversations with diverse customers. β Detail-oriented, with the ability to identify insights and patterns from conversations. β Someone who enjoys storytelling and brand-building. Duration & Location: β 3 months β Hybrid. Office at Marol, Andheri East, Mumbai.
