Influencer Marketing Associate

We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Associate in our Brand Marketing Team.

About the Role:

• We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Influencer Marketing Specialist who can create impactful content with creators across the country.
• This is an individual contributor role, where you will take full ownership of end-to-end management of creators, from identifying the right fit to ensuring successful campaign execution.
• The ideal candidate will excel at onboarding creators swiftly, managing content creation, and delivering impactful campaigns.
• While support for scriptwriting will be provided, the individual should have a strong understanding of effective content and be able to guide editors for final video delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

1. End-to-End Creator Management: Take complete responsibility for identifying, onboarding, managing, and executing campaigns with influencers.
2. Creator Sourcing and Onboarding: Identify, evaluate, and onboard influencers who align with our brand and campaign goals with speed and efficiency.
3. Campaign Execution: Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns across various platforms, ensuring timely delivery of assets and content.
4. Content Guidance: Collaborate with influencers to create engaging content, guiding them on scripts and creative concepts that align with campaign objectives.
5. Editor Coordination: Work closely with in-house editors to ensure final video outputs meet quality standards and resonate with target audiences.
6. Trend Analysis: Stay updated on influencer marketing trends and best practices to keep campaigns fresh and effective.
7. Performance Monitoring: Track, analyze, and report the performance of influencer campaigns to optimize future efforts.
8. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, ensuring long-term collaboration and mutual success.

Requirements:

At least 1 year of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or related fields.

Proven ability to independently manage the full lifecycle of influencer campaigns, from sourcing to execution.

Excellent project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Basic understanding of video editing processes to guide editors effectively.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
