Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for an Influencer Marketing Associate. The role involves identifying, engaging, and building relationships with influencers to execute successful marketing campaigns. Responsibilities include managing communications, devising and implementing influencer marketing strategies, monitoring campaign performance, and reporting results. Collaboration with team members to develop creative solutions and social media strategies is also a key aspect of this role.

Qualifications

• Exceptional Communication and Public Relations skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships effectively.
• Experience in Influencer Marketing and Social Media Marketing, with proficiency in managing campaigns on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Sales acumen, with the ability to negotiate contracts and close deals with influencers and brands.
• Strong organizational and project management skills to oversee multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• A proactive and adaptable approach to a fast-paced and evolving industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in influencer marketing, social media management, or public relations is an advantage.
