Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Manager located in Kolkata. The Talent Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with influencers and talents, coordinating with brands for collaboration opportunities, and strategizing talent growth plans. The role involves regular communication and negotiation with both talents and brands, ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships. The Talent Manager will also oversee contract management, performance analysis, and support the overall growth of the talent management division.

• Experience in the media or entertainment industry is a plus
