Representing a diverse talent pool of 50+ actors, musicians, dancers, and influencers from all five southern states, South Artists Network stands as a leading force in the influencer industry.

Role Description

We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented professional to manage coordination between artists, PR teams, social media partners, and internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless execution of ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact between SAN, artists, and external partners
• Track project timelines, deliverables, and overall progress
• Organize and facilitate weekly sync calls and internal workflow updates
• Collaborate with creative teams on content outputs, presentations, and decks
• Maintain artist databases and support outreach initiatives

Who We’re Looking For:

• Graduate in Visual Communication, Mass Communication, Media, Marketing, or related fields
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Interest in music, film, and content ecosystems
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, MS Office, and Canva
• Ability to speak multiple South Indian languages is an added advantage
