They have expanded into Artist/Talent/Influencer Management, representing creators in the Travel space. As an Artist/Talent/Influencer Manager at Think WhyNot, your responsibilities will include: - Identifying, onboarding, and managing a dynamic roster of travel influencers, creators, and digital celebrities across platforms such as Instagram and YouTube. - Crafting and pitching talent-led campaign ideas that align with client goals and influencer personas. - Negotiating contracts, fee structures, and deliverables with talent and their teams. - Being the day-to-day point of contact for influencers, managing relationships, calendars, and brand collaborations. - Tracking performance metrics, managing deliverables, and providing insightful reports for both talent and clients. - Staying updated on emerging influencers, creator trends, and platform updates to proactively recommend talent. To be successful in this role, you should have: - 2-4 years of experience in managing influencers, preferably in the travel or lifestyle space. - A strong understanding of brand-influencer partnerships and creating value for both parties. - Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills. - Strong organizational skills to multitask and manage fast-paced campaigns. - A solid network of creators in the travel/lifestyle space would be advantageous. - Creative thinking and a good grasp of digital content culture. - Prior experience at an influencer agency or talent management firm is required.,
