As an Artist/Talent/Influencer Manager at Think WhyNot, you will play a crucial role in identifying, onboarding, and managing a diverse group of travel influencers, creators, and digital celebrities across various platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and others. Your responsibilities will include crafting and pitching talent-led campaign ideas that resonate with client objectives and influencer personas, negotiating contracts, fee structures, and deliverables with talent and their teams, and acting as the primary point of contact for influencers to oversee relationships, schedules, and brand collaborations. You will be expected to closely monitor performance metrics, oversee deliverables, and generate insightful reports for both talent and clients. Additionally, staying informed about emerging influencers, creator trends, and platform updates will be essential to proactively recommending suitable talent for future campaigns. The ideal candidate for this role should possess at least 2-4 years of experience in managing influencers, preferably within the travel or lifestyle sector. A strong grasp of brand-influencer partnerships and how to generate mutual value is crucial, along with exceptional communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills. Being well-organized, capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously, and adept at managing fast-paced campaigns are also key attributes for this position. Having a solid network of creators in the travel/lifestyle space will be advantageous, as well as showcasing creative thinking and a deep understanding of digital content culture. Prior experience at an influencer agency or talent management firm is a prerequisite for this role.,
