Who are we?

BackBenchers Digital Media — where creators are rulebreakers, chaos is content, and coffee is a personality trait.

What you’ll do:

• Babysit… sorry, manage creators and their sweet chaos.
• Turn brand briefs into creator-friendly magic.
• Coordinate shoots, campaigns, timelines — basically keep everyone alive and on schedule.
• Build relationships with creators, brands, and the office cat (we don’t have one… yet).
• Track deliverables, chase approvals, and send that one “gentle reminder :)”.
• Help discover the next big creator who gives main-character energy.

\What we need:

• 1–2 years experience in influencer marketing/talent management.
• A people person with stress resistance of a Nokia phone.
• Good communication skills (WhatsApp, email, smoke signals — all accepted).
• Multitasking skills that would make your mom proud.
• Ability to vibe with GenZ slang without internal screaming.
