Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Manager located in Panaji. The Talent Manager will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and nurturing artistic talent across various disciplines. Day-to-day tasks include managing relationships with talent, planning and negotiating contracts, overseeing scheduling and career development, and collaborating with other teams to align talent strategies with company goals. The Talent Manager will also play a key role in fostering a supportive and innovative environment for artists and creators.

Qualifications

• Talent Management, Relationship Management, and Recruitment experience
• Strong Negotiation, Scheduling, and Organizational skills
• Proficiency in Communication, Collaboration, and Networking
• Ability to understand and work effectively with creators and artists
• Experience in the entertainment, media, or arts industry is highly beneficial
• Bachelor’s degree in Performing Arts, Media Studies, Business, or a related field
• Self-motivated, innovative, and passionate about fostering talent and creativity
