Jr. Executive - Brand Partnerships

As a candidate for the role, you will be responsible for actively finding brands that are investing in influencer marketing and securing briefs from them. You will also need to build strong relationships with agencies involved in influencer marketing to promote our exclusive talent roster. Additionally, your role will involve cross-selling and up-selling to both brands and agencies, collecting and drafting precise brand briefs for the internal content team, and working closely with internal teams to create partnership proposals for brands. Your responsibilities will include managing strategic partnerships, developing new partnership opportunities, staying updated on content trends and brand campaigns, planning quarterly pitches and partnership proposals, leading contract negotiations, and resolving business issues with partners effectively. Collaboration with the team and cross-functional partners to enhance partner relationships and business growth will also be a key aspect of your role. Furthermore, you will be expected to create innovative content partnerships with brands and maintain campaign reports by gathering data and insights from brands and talents. To excel in this role, you should have a deep understanding of the Digital Content Ecosystem and creator-brand partnerships. You must possess core competency in digital content sales, sponsorship deals, and influencer-led brand partnerships. Strong strategic thinking skills, familiarity with various content formats, genres, and digital content narratives, as well as a solid business acumen are essential for this position. Your relationship-building and management abilities will be crucial in establishing lasting connections with clients. Additionally, you should be well-versed in content metrics across social platforms and possess excellent analytical skills for handling agreements, technical, and financial issues with partners.,
