Company Description South Artists Network is a Celebrity & Influencer management agency specializing in planning and executing end-to-end Brand campaigns across social media platforms. We also produce TVCs, DVCs, and manage movie marketing. Our talent pool consists of more than 50 actors, musicians, dancers, and entertainment influencers from all five southern states. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Social Media & Campaign Associate, based in Chennai with some work from home acceptable. The Social Media & Campaign Associate will be responsible for creating and managing social media content, developing social media marketing strategies, writing engaging posts, and monitoring social media platforms. Day-to-day tasks include scheduling posts, analyzing engagement metrics, and coordinating with team members to execute campaigns efficiently. Job title - Social Media and Campaign Associate Location - Chennai Hybrid with flexible work hours. Role and Responsibilities Develop and curate engaging content for social media platforms, ensuring alignment with clients" brand guidelines and campaign objectives. Curate content along with the team with a thorough understanding of formats and mediums. Schedule and publish content across platforms, maintaining a consistent posting schedule. Facilitating client discussions on content calendars and offering expert insights in the realm of social media, while also providing guidance and understanding to both internal and external stakeholders on performance vis a vis content & medium Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, responding promptly and professionally. Assist in the planning and execution of social media campaigns while collaborating with the other team members on the account. Understand and utilize social media analytics tools to track and create reports on key performance indicators. Stay updated on social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field 1-2 years of experience in Social Media within an advertising agency Excellent communication and leadership skills Strong understanding of digital (primarily social media) and traditional advertising channels Proven track record of successful account management and client retention Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Qualifications Skills in Social Media Content Creation, Social Media Marketing, and managing Social Media platforms Strong Communication and Writing skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Experience in the entertainment or marketing industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field Show more Show less
