Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Talent Manager. The Talent Manager will be responsible for identifying and managing influencer relationships, negotiating contracts, developing talent strategies, and ensuring effective collaborations between brands and influencers. They will oversee campaign performance, handle talent onboarding, and act as a liaison between influencers and clients to meet project objectives. The role requires a strong ability to communicate, strategize, and maintain long-term partnerships.

• Ability to work remotely with a proactive and self-motivated attitude
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
• Prior experience in talent management or influencer marketing is a plus
