Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Community Associate to join our team at YourDOST, with 0-1 year of experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement community outreach programs to engage with customers and promote our services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver training sessions for community members.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including community leaders and influencers.
Analyze customer feedback and provide insights to improve our services and offerings.
Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop innovative solutions for community needs.
Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of IT Services & Consulting industry trends and technologies.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
