Community Associate

As a Community Associate at Regus, your role involves working closely with new and existing customers to solve their problems and ensure they have everything they need. A typical day starts with arriving 15 minutes early to ensure the centre is ready and addressing any missed cleaning tasks. Throughout the day, you assist customers with various requests such as providing a changed WiFi code, tracking important packages, giving directions, setting up equipment, and handling mail while managing customer inquiries. Collaborating with the Community Manager, you plan and organize networking events, create invitations, and promote activities within the centre. At the end of the day, you ensure meeting rooms are vacated and the facility is tidy before heading home.
